Made to order: ships in 15–20 business days, up to 5 more for a diamond of 1.00 ct or over while its IGI report is issued. Free, fully insured FedEx shipping within the US, adult signature required.

Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email info@themisunitouch.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) number first; returns without one cannot be accepted. Custom, engraved and resized pieces are final sale. Refund policy · Shipping policy

Warranty & care

Every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect in metal or workmanship appears, we repair or replace the piece free, with insured shipping both ways. Not covered: normal wear and prong thinning; loss or theft, including a stone lost after an impact; damage from accidents, chemicals or improper cleaning; and pieces repaired or altered by another jeweler. To make a claim, email info@themisunitouch.com for an RMA number.

Send your piece back once a year for a free cleaning, polish and prong check: you pay shipping to us, we pay the return.

Is the diamond lab-grown?

Lab-grown. Every diamond we set is lab-grown: the same carbon crystal, chemistry, hardness and sparkle as a mined diamond, at a lower price for the same size. Lab-grown diamonds have a limited resale market.
